The Rev. Jane Dwinell and Ellen Germann-Melosh, the authors of Big Ideas for Small Congregations, are available to work with your congregation, or your District or regional denominational group. We can lead workshops, design and lead conferences and retreats, be keynote speakers, or work one-on-one with church leaders. We can talk about growth, or simply provide inspiration and ideas to make your small congregation a healthy and happy place.
